That was the best 'brutalisation' (sports massage) I've had in terms of an end result, my legs are much better, thenks SO much. A couple of swims, a day of running and a couple of fun trail runs and hikes and they are just so much lighter and more comfortable. I will do my upmost best to be a better sporty human and get them done more regularly! (Belle, New Zealand)
