With a passion for playing in the mountains and being fit & active in general, Steph is fascinated by the human body, athletic performance, and by the relationships between exercise, health, well being, food, and performance. Steph has been living in the French Alps for 15 years, and it's fair to say there aren't many Alpine sports she doesn't enjoy! An all-mountain athlete - trail runner, cyclist, skier, climber, Steph loves pretty much anything involving a physical challenge ... as well as chocolate, red wine and yoga! Qualified in several inter-related sport and physical therapy disciplines, Steph blends the latest personal training methods, nutrition info, and sports therapy practises, with a harmonious mix of 'anatomical' yoga, massage and healthy eating. Equally comfortable putting you through your paces running a marathon, lifting man-sized weights or leading a restorative yoga class, her most geeky side comes out when it comes to preventing / treating injuries, and muscle imbalances. Dougie's Boxercise classes: want a serious workout? Doug's energy is infectious! This is a guy who never sits still. His athletic background is as a runner - originally in the UK and now in the world of trail running. Now Chamonix based, it's not unusual for Doug to be up at 0530 for a 'quick' run up to Brevent (in the dark, in the winter - as you do!), before a full day's work, and then he's still full of beans to teach at the gym in the evening. Inspiring!

So he started teaching in Scotland, before deciding to come back to his roots in Chamonix. On the way, he hooked up with well known Juice Master, Jason Vale - and now alternates between life in Cham, and juicing retreats in Turkey. Fast earning a reputation as a fantastic yoga teacher, Steve teaches on Sundays at Chamonix Gym.
