Why Body Sculpt is great!
Most of us in Chamonix want to be lean and lithe, not built. Whether it's to look good for summer in little clothes, or as a great complement the other sports you do - cycling, running, climbing, ski touring, Body Sculpt will help you create a long, lean physique with good muscle tone and flexibility - but not bulk. 

What does it involve?
Using a mixture of body weight resistance, therabands and a little bit of cardio, Body Sculpt is a 'no weights' class that targets the areas we all want to strengthen and tone up. Stomach and core, Shoulders and triceps, glutes and thighs. The perfect blend to help you make the transition from winter skiing to summer sports.
